About Dr. Shierf Elgamal
Dr. Elgamal was born in Brooklyn, NY. From a young age, Dr. Elgamal was drawn to biology and science and wanted to become a doctor or dentist. Dr. Elgamal eventually attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Since his graduation in 2013, Dr. Elgamal has practiced in all fields of General Dentistry. He is grateful for the experience he has gained working at multiple offices and is excited to bring that knowledge and skill to his own practice, Orange Premier Dental.
When Dr. Elgamal is not providing straightforward dental care to Orange County, he can be found swimming, going to the gym, watching sports, traveling, and meditating.

With years of experience in Pediatrics, General Dentistry, Cosmetics, Endodontics, and Oral Surgery, she brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to our team. Mariana is passionate about ensuring every patient receives clear, confident, and high-quality care—from understanding their treatment to navigating insurance with ease. Outside the office, she loves visiting local coffee shops, staying active, hiking, and spending time with her family and five adorable pugs.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, watching sports , trying good food, and going out to do fun things. I’m all about making memories, enjoying life, and having a good time!
