Your First Visit
Making an Appointment
To make an appointment for your first exam or follow-up treatment, just give us a call. One of our friendly team members will walk you through the process of setting a new appointment and how to prepare for your dental procedure.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
What to Expect
When you walk into our lobby, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff. Our team will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire and a form to enter your insurance and contact information.
We will also provide you with information on our office policies, including patient privacy and more.
We believe you should always be able to get the treatment you need, regardless of your financial situation. To achieve this, we offer Financing Options for our patients.
Initial Examination
We believe in educating and empowering our patients to maintain and improve their oral health. During your appointment, we’ll discuss proper dental care and make additional suggestions as needed.
Pain Concerns
